Katrina Christ Photographer has a team of six, however it is often the case that our clients only meet just a few of us, usually our photographers Rachel and Becky, or our design consultants, again Rachel, and myself. Working frantically behind the scenes however are a very talented team of people. Margot, is our head digital retoucher; Ash, assistant retoucher, is in charge of production and quality control on every single piece of artwork that leaves the building (no mean feat, believe me!) and also job shares the administration role with Tegan, who plans our busy working days down to the very last detail to ensure that all photo shoots, viewings, stock deliveries, client pick-ups – you name it – run seamlessly.
I was thrilled when Ash – one of our ‘behind-the-scenes’ superstars – received a beautiful card of thanks this week from a very happy client. It read:
“Dear Ash, my family had some beautiful photographs taken last March and soon after I left on a trip overseas. On my return recently, I found a parcel of lovely fridge magnets waiting for me. Thank you so much. They have been very well received by friends and family. The service at Katrina Christ Hawthorn has been exceptional. Yours gratefully, Margrette.”
At Katrina Christ Photographer we strive to go over and above for every client to make sure their experience here is an amazing one. Likewise, when a client makes the effort to purchase a card, hand write a lovely message in it and send it off to thank the efforts of one or all of us, it makes us feel fantastic.
