I love supporting the Mater. They had some beautiful speakers who told their journey of their little premmies and the ups and downs of those first few months, the fact that you could never truly know what it was like unless you had been through this. I am extremely fortunate to have had no real problems with my kids. It certainly motivates you to want to do whatever you can to support those who are less fortunate. Because this could happen to anyone. We were just lucky. And this family who have been through so much continue to donate and support the Mater. This wonderful hospital that literally saved their family.
