This is such a classic ‘ooooh and ahhhh’ image and I couldn’t resist sharing it today in light of Mother’s day fast approaching. In fact, I can’t believe it is almost mid year – I’m sure every mum feels like each day gets away ! Over the past year I have loved sharing stories with new mums and mums to be about pregnancy, birth, newborns, toddlers and everything in between. This image for me, taken by our Hawthorn studio photographer Natasha, captures such a gentle special time between mother and baby. It so full of love, admiration,trust, and warmth (yes, I’m getting gushy I know, it may well be the pregnancy hormones).
