I was lucky enough to spend my recent mother’s day up in the beautiful hills of Beechworth. The autumn leaves were out, the sky was clear, the air was amazingly crisp – perfect for either a leisurely stroll or curled up in a sunny nook indoors reading the paper. One of the things I love about our weather here in Melbourne (despite how much we complain about it!) is that we get to experience the changing of all the seasons – and autumn really is one of the most gorgeous times of the year.
Whilst on rainy days like this we invite our clients to our Hawthorn studio for their family photography shoots (very cosy with it’s sofas, coffee machine and good heating – with a baby change area to boot), there are still some fantastic spots within a short stroll of the studio. Why not bring along your woolies, hats, scarves, mittens and even some funky gumboots? Playing dress-ups can be half of the fun for a photo shoot!
